How can i get rid of razor bumps?

My cheeks and chin are covered in lots of little red bumps which look like acne, ive been told they are razor bumps

You have a crappy razor, and you don’t need to cleanse the bumps, you need to moisturize them. They are irritated and cleansing them like crazy isn’t going to help. Get a new and good razor, preferably for sensitive skin and use a shaving cream and them moisturize.
